Walking animals balloons are the most exciting and fun toys for kids. 

These balloons come with a ribbon leash and when you pull them they walk along behind you. Unlike other helium balloons, they will not fly away. These balloons have legs which are slightly weighted so that the balloon pet appears to walk, skip and hop along the ground with you.

Once deflated, the balloon can be used another time. Just give it a shot of helium.
