Processing and delivery Time

Processing time is 24 hours*.  Once processed, the delivery time can take anywhere from 1-10 business days depending on where you are located in Canada. (Please note we are only open from Monday to Friday 10AM to 6PM.) Orders placed over the weekends will be processed on Monday or Tuesday. 

*Orders placed over the Holidays and special Promotional Events can extend the processing and shipping time.

 

Shipping policy

We ship from Oshawa, Ontario, Canada. International packages may incur additional import taxes and duties upon delivery.

All balloons are shipped packaged and NOT inflated.

Shipping carriers may experience staffing and logistical disruptions. Please expect delays for all shipping. Shipping refunds for late packages has been suspended by the carriers during this time.

Mommy & Balloons will not be held responsible for parcels that are not deliverable because of an incomplete/incorrect address or parcels that are not picked up in a timely manner and are returned to us.  Customers will be charged for delivery back to us and charged for the parcel to be resent.

You are responsible to ensure there is a safe place for the carrier to deliver the package. Both the carrier and ourselves are not responsible for stolen packages. If the tracking is marked delivered and you have not received the package, an investigation must be conducted. Please contact our team via email mommyandballoons@gmail.com within 2 business days if your package is lost.
