Balloon Shop (for shipping flat and uninflated balloons)
Online orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase via Shopify. Once the order has been fulfilled, all balloon purchases are final and cannot be canceled.
Party Decor (Balloon Arrangements, Helium Balloons, Garlands to Go, Party Packages)
If you'd like to make changes or cancel your balloon order, you can do so 7 days before its scheduled delivery date. After this period has passed, the order becomes final and non refundable due to the fact that Mommy and Balloons Inc. has committed to purchasing inventory, starting production and reserving a delivery time, if applicable.

Changes and cancellations must be made via email.
In exceptional circumstances (force majeure, COVID-19, other illness etc.), we can transfer 50% of your deposit payment to any future event within 1 year from the date of the originally booked event date.
