Cancellation Policy

If you'd like to make changes or cancel your balloon order, you can do so 7 days before its scheduled delivery date. After this period has passed, the order becomes final and non refundable due to the fact that Mommy & Balloons has committed to purchasing inventory, starting production and reserving a delivery time, if applicable.

Changes and cancellations must be made via email.

In exceptional circumstances (force majeure, COVID-19, other illness etc.), we can transfer your deposit or full payment to any future event within 1 year from the date of the originally booked event date.
