This "Under the Sea" Balloon Decor Package includes: 

- 3 Luxury Balloon Garlands with bubbles balloons, fish characters balloons and decorative orbz (colours of your choice)

- White custom arch with personalized writing for rent

- 2 sail arches custom colours for rent 

- 1 Square Plinth for rent. Can be filled with balloons (Additional plinth can be added for $50)

- Sea weed cutouts 

- 3 large helium filled dolphins balloons 

- Large helium filled number balloon with "bubbles" tassel

- Octopus balloon decor

- Delivery and set up fee are EXTRA based on location
